We have the small smoke machine or the large hazer. The small smoke machine needs time between smoking intervals to reheat.

The hazer can work non stop. The hazer makes a fine mist compared to the thick smoke output of the smoke machine. There is also a timer on the hazer where you can set the misting intervals if needed.
